· Your role (a creator or a brand);
· Your TikTok handle;
· Your current TikTok follower count;
· Your past experience with product promotion on TikTok;

When you engage in cooperation with us, we collect the following personal information directly from you:

· Your identification document information;
· Your phone number and email address;
· Your mailing address;
· Your cooperation platform account information, such as account name, ID, and password;
· Your beneficiary account information, such as account name, bank, account number, and sort code;
· Your tax information, such as your VAT, and TIN (or place of birth in the absence of a TIN);
· The invoices you issued to us.
We collect information about you related to the fulfillment of our collaboration, such as the contracts, emails, messages, and payment records.
TikTok shares the following information with us:
· Information regarding the products you have chosen to promote, including the title, price, quantity, stock status and commission in relation to such products.
· Information regarding sales generated and purchase and transaction history and related video and live-stream metric.

· To fulfill our contractual obligations, including the account operation and payment processing.
· To promote you or our services through marketing communications, contests, or promotions.
· To enable our clients to view your performance when you participate in their campaigns.
· To comply with our legal obligations, or as necessary to perform tasks in the public interest.
· We share your information with our prospective clients and/or their service providers for the purposes of allowing them to discover you in order to promote their products.
